Share your views and inform future research through the Tobacco and Nicotine Discussion Group

Researchers from the University of Nottingham are inviting smokers and vapers from across the UK to join a new online public discussion group.

02 December 2022

The Tobacco and Nicotine Discussion Group (TANG), led by the University of Nottingham and supported by SPECTRUM, would like to invite smokers and vapers to join a public discussion group to hear your views on tobacco and nicotine.

Online meetings

The group will meet online and is open to participants across the UK.

TANG hold around five online meetings a year to discuss research projects relating to areas including the tobacco industry, tobacco branding, e-cigarettes, and counterfeit tobacco.

Feedback from the discussion groups informs ongoing work and future research priorities.

All attendees will be given £20 in shopping vouchers as a thank you for taking part and to compensate them for their time.
